PropertyLimBrothers’ staging team set about sprucing up the place, not just to increase aesthetic appeal but also to give off a better sense of space over an empty unit.
Despite the unit being situated on a lower floor and facing an external road, our consultants highlighted how having a view of an open road and the sky could be more attractive than an internal-facing view looking into neighbours’ homes, and showed how installing curtains would diminish sounds of traffic.
