Melvin Lim

Co-Founder and CEO of PropertyLimBrothers (PLB), brings 17 years of real estate expertise to the forefront of Singapore’s property market. Under his thoughtful leadership, PLB has successfully sold over 1,800 homes, setting a new benchmark for real estate in Singapore. Melvin’s skill as a realtor and leader is matched by his pioneering approach to marketing, which has reshaped how properties are sold through the power of video home tours and social media.

In 2017, Melvin introduced presenter-led home tour videos to Singapore—a groundbreaking move that redefined property marketing by showcasing each home’s unique story. With over 3,300 videos now under his belt across YouTube and other platforms, his innovative strategies have become a standard others aspire to achieve.

Beyond marketing, Melvin has built an ecosystem of expertise at PLB. He spearheaded the creation of in-house media, research, and digital marketing teams, including InsightsbyPLB and PLB PropTech. Since 2018, he has led PLB Media’s growth to 90 employees and expanded creative agencies into Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. In 2022, he founded PLB Realty, now home to 65 of Singapore’s top real estate consultants specialising in landed properties, condos, and HDBs.
With a strong background in advertising, marketing, and finance, Melvin’s natural flair for numbers allows him to unlock the full potential of every property he represents.
