Their inspiring work transcends borders, reaching out to the underprivileged children to provide them with the essential opportunities for an improved way of life. Sponsoring a child through World Vision doesn’t just provide an education, it builds foundations for a brighter future, empowers communities, and ultimately drives social change.
PropertyLimBrothers had the incredible experience of partaking in an unforgettable expedition to Sambour, Cambodia, in collaboration with World Vision Singapore. This initiative brought us the opportunity to explore the living conditions and healthcare challenges faced by the villagers. This eye-opening trip with 20 PLB teammates marked a significant step towards continuing change, and is poised to us as a reminder not to overlook the less fortunate.
During our visit, we witnessed the struggles of the villagers who lacked basic amenities, proper infrastructure, and access to healthcare. Many suffered from untreated water consumption, leading to widespread diarrhoea. The poverty cycle and the helplessness of the parents and educators trapped them in vicious cycles. Working alongside World Vision Singapore has truly enriched our understanding of the immense power of education and the rippling effect it can have on individuals and communities.
We look forward to our continued collaboration and are humbly inspired by the resilience and dreams of the children we are privileged to help. Together with World Vision Singapore, PropertyLimBrothers is committed to create a ripple of positive change that will empower these children and build a brighter future.
There were a lot of heartfelt moments that we had and it has changed our lenses on how we see the world, how we see people and how we see children in need.
Committed to the Cause
Some of us may support charities individually, but PropertyLimBrothers has decided to wholly commit supporting 50 children for the next 10 years as a joint effort, along with our production and marketing capabilities. Albeit a small number to work with, but a start to a big change. We aim to build our foundations and gratitude of our lives with an undying fervour, towards servant leadership.
We organise letter-writing, contemplation and sharings to encourage a wider spread of this initiative internally, to always keep us grounded to our Real Estate promise; bringing Real Estate with Integrity beyond.
