As an Management Executive, you will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to our leaders and management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of their offices by coordinating schedules, managing information, and handling various administrative tasks. Your contributions will directly impact PLB’s success and the effectiveness of our leadership team.

What will I be doing?

Management Executive Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence: Spearhead the coordination and oversight of daily operations, driving efficiency and compliance with our high standards and procedures. Your role will be crucial in embedding best practices across all operational facets, ensuring our team operates like a well-oiled machine.

• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a pivotal bridge between departments, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our overarching company goals. Your ability to navigate complex relationships and ensure cohesive action plans will be key to our success.

• In-depth Reporting and Analytical Insight: Craft and present detailed reports that not only highlight our achievements and pinpoint challenges but also offer actionable insights for continuous improvement. Your analytical skills will guide decision-making processes and strategic direction.

• Project Leadership: Take the helm on cross-functional projects, championing initiatives from inception to completion. Your leadership will ensure that projects stay on track, meet their milestones, and achieve their intended outcomes, contributing significantly to our strategic objectives.

• Pioneering Continuous Improvement: With a keen eye on industry trends and best practices, you’ll lead the charge in identifying and implementing process improvements. Your innovative approach will keep us at the forefront of our industry, continually enhancing our competitive edge.

• Comprehensive Risk Management: Vigilantly identify potential risks to our operations and reputation, devising and implementing robust mitigation strategies. Your foresight and strategic planning will safeguard our company against unforeseen challenges, ensuring we operate within all regulatory frameworks and legal guidelines.

• Efficient Calendar and Meeting Management: Masterfully manage the schedules of our leadership team, optimizing their time and ensuring the smooth coordination of their commitments. Your meticulous attention to detail will prevent scheduling conflicts and enhance our overall productivity.

What is required of me?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness due to exposure to sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or field.
  • Certification in administrative or executive assistant training programs.
