We would like to thanks Jay Chen for his outstanding services rendered to us during our hunt for a rental office unit. He was not only patient but was very obliging especially when we needed a couple of viewings before we could confirm on the unit. He was very detailed and not pushy at all unlike some others agents. Giving the honest feedback as a direct buyer facing off PLB Jay Chen & Wen Bin representing the seller for our landed house, this has been an exceptional professional journey that truly live up to PLB Vision - Doing Real Estate with Integrity. It was a balancing act as the duo navigate to reach a middle ground for buyer (us), seller (PLB client) and tenant. As direct buyer, we didn’t have a representative acting in our interest but PLB team gave us 100% assurance and confidence that all parties are treated fairly. What Jay & Wen Bin did right: (1) Once our offer is presented, all viewings and social media advertisings ceased with immediate effect. (2) No counter offers from previous buyers were allowed to be presented till further notice. (3) Conscientiously following up while both parties are in different time zones.
