It's my first experience buying a property and i totally have no idea where to start. Engaged John upon recommendation and I have to commend that John is extremely patient to answer every question i have, even though the questions are rather common sense most of the time. ☉‿⊙I don't think i will be able to purchase this property without his help and assurance. True enough, our thoughts were clearer after the second viewing and we like that unit even more. Negotiation is an art and we are glad to be in the good hands of John and Tabitha who helped us to secure this unit. And as the saying goes, it’s the little things that matter. During our viewing, Tabitha was carefully noting the things that we have concerns on and proposed creative solutions to share with us. We appreciate that she helped us to see things from different angles which help to broaden our perspectives. Many client - agent relationships are transactional in nature. With John and Tabitha, it is more like a friend to friend relationship. Conversations are sincere and feedback is honest. There is really nothing more that you can ask for.

We recently engaged John, and Eunice in 2023. How we came to know them was from viewing a unit that they were in charge of (to sell). We were completely clueless about all the processes and timelines, and looking at how well and professional they conducted themselves, we thought they have really represented the sellers really well. So we then decided to engage them as seller's agent of our current house and buyer's agent for our next house. I think they have really been patient in helping us understand all the processes, including regulations, timelines and financial consulting. If you are someone with zero understanding on such matters, and want to sell your house, we highly recommend John and Eunice, as they are more than prepared to assist you along the way, ensuring you can understand and ultimately align to the information (necessary) to sell (and buy) your house. They have good time (and timeline) management skills, and they never fail to keep us up to date with what was going on, providing detailed summary of each and every physical viewing of potential buyers of your home. In this buying process, we have encountered agents from other company, and looking at how they represent (or fail to represent) their clients, we were again really convinced that we made the correct decision to have John, and Eunice represent us.
