Teresa boasts a distinguished career spanning 23 years in the airline industry as cabin crew, coupled with an additional 5 years as a Concierge Manager in a security company. Today, she brings that wealth of experience in customer service and management over to PLB, as she now forms part of our Client Experience Team as the latest addition!

Here, she engages clients, address their property-related queries, efficiently allocating leads to the respective consultants, and has actively coordinated in projects like our live debate webinars; allowing her to thrive in our fast-paced and challenging landscape—which surely she’s no stranger to!
