Beyond marketing, Melvin has built an ecosystem of expertise at PLB. He spearheaded the creation of in-house media, research, and digital marketing teams, including InsightsbyPLB and PLB PropTech. Since 2018, he has led PLB Media’s growth to 90 employees and expanded creative agencies into Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. In 2022, he founded PLB Realty, now home to 65 of Singapore’s top real estate consultants specialising in landed properties, condos, and HDBs.
