Terms & Conditions

50% of the full payment will be required prior to rental of studio. The remaining 50% is payable at the end of the rental duration. Upon signing, the renter shall agree that all supplied equipments are in clean and working condition. Rental duration is inclusive of time required to set-up, make-up and teardown, and is subject to a $350 surcharge in the event of extended usage (Beyond 7:30PM). Before turnover, kindly ensure that all areas are cleaned and free from refuse of any form. A cleaning charge not exceeding $400 may be imposed if the rental space is deemed as heavily used. All prices reflected are exclusive of 8% GST.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Removal of equipment can be requested, but extensive changes is chargeable at $150. General Booking is inclusive
    of set-up, makeup, teardown, etc. If booking exceeds 730pm, $350 will be charged for Office Manager to handle turnover.
  2. Booking is done on a first-come first-serve basis.
  3. Engaging Catering @ Level 1 – Surcharge of $250. If PropertyLimBrothers branding needs to be hidden, do not remove,
    but you can hide them. Damages will be decided upon 2 days review of the space.
  4. Booking for Payment is in SGD, Singapore Dollars.
  5. 50% payment for space rental is required prior to event for hard booking. This is non-refundable if cancellation
    is made 1 week or earlier. 50% remainder payment should be made on the day itself.
  6. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the agreed rate.
  7. All prices reflected are exclusive of 8% GST.
  8. By signing, you agree to the following: All equipment provided is in clean and working condition unless specified.
  9. It is the signer’s responsibility to check all areas with the office manager.
  10. Any item pasting / gluing or any other assortment of similar items utilised should be conveyed to the office manager.
    Otherwise, damage to the rental space / items may be chargeable.
  11. Before the turnover, all areas should be moderately cleaned.
  12. Rubbish should be consolidated in the garbage bins provided. Large items, please dispose in the larger bins behind the office.
  13. If the rental space is deemed by the office manager as heavily used, a cleaning charge not exceeding $400 may be imposed, unless specified.
  14. Unauthorised usage of equipments / furniture within both Level 1 and 2 will be chargeable for use, or if damaged.
  15. Soft booking will only be confirmed after initial payment has been made.
